What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us we collect the name, company, email, phone number and application details you submit, plus the list of parts and quantities in your request. Your quote list itself is stored in your own browser until you submit it.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare and send your quote, fulfil an order, and answer follow-up questions about it. That's it. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who we share it with
Only where necessary to complete your order: freight carriers for delivery, and payment processors if you place an order. We may disclose information where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses browser storage to remember the quote list you are building. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention
Quote and order records are retained as long as needed for business and tax purposes. You may ask us to delete an enquiry record that has not become an order.
Your choices
Write to us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of any communication. We respond to requests within 30 days.
